Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Director Office in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed electronic bids from experienced, registered contractors, engineering firms, and technical service providers for the replacement of battery banks and power rectifiers. This specialized hardware replacement and electrical infrastructure upgrade project will be executed across key telecommunication exchanges and institutional network nodes including Nowshera, the University of Swat, Saidu Sharif, and Mardan under the Mardan Division. Eligible participants must maintain active taxpayer registrations for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must demonstrate a verified professional track record in supplying, installing, and testing industrial-grade battery setups and telecommunication power systems. Bidding will be executed via the electronic procurement platform, E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). All digital proposals must be uploaded securely through the EPADS gateway no later than 11:00 AM on 09 June 2026, where the bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM.
