Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from reputable manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for the supply of various plant, machinery, and miscellaneous items. The procurement includes specialized equipment for mining operations, such as 30 HP electric haulage engines, 10 HP diesel engine portable air compressors, mine ventilation fans, electronic weighing scales, and welding plants. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Interested firms can obtain the complete bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms from the PMDC Head Office or project sites upon payment of a non-refundable fee. Sealed proposals, accompanied by the required bid security, must be submitted to the Manager (P&S) no later than 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM.
