Description / Scope of Work
The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Power Development Organization invites sealed electronic bids from eligible engineering firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). This large-scale infrastructure tender is for core civil and hydraulic steel works for the 2.71 MW Khurshidabad Hydropower Project in District Haveli, AJK. The procurement is split into distinct packages, including Lot 1 for the construction of a diversion weir, intake structure, connecting channel, sand trap, a 1700-meter power channel, access roads, and allied works (estimated at 345.153 Million PKR with a required Category C-3 or above license), and Lot 2 for ongoing power channel segments. Bidding follows the single-stage, two-envelope e-bidding procedure via the official dashboard. Technical profiles must be uploaded exclusively in PDF format. A pre-bid clarification meeting is scheduled for 22 May 2026 at the Civil Power Development Office in Upper Chatter, Muzaffarabad.
