Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Directorate of Maintenance in Islamabad invites sealed competitive bids from well-reputed engineering firms and contractors. This infrastructure tender is for the development and allied works of Class-III Shopping Centre No.2 located in Sector G-14/4, Islamabad. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) bidding procedure and is managed through the electronic EPADS platform. Eligible participants must hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above valid up to 30 June 2026, and have active income tax status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders must demonstrate a verified track record by providing copies of work orders and completion certificates for at least three similar development infrastructure projects (such as class-three shopping markets) executed within the last ten years, with each project valued at a minimum of 25 Million PKR. A pre-bid clarification meeting will be hosted at the Directorate of Maintenance in Sector G-13/3 on 21 May 2026.
