Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Executive Engineer, Project Directorate of Commissioner Karachi invites sealed public sector engineering bids from reputable, registered contractors and construction firms. Executed under the Single Stage One Envelope Method in strict compliance with SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended up to date), this municipal infrastructure tender requires participants to demonstrate verified corporate capability in projects of similar nature. Eligible bidders must show proof of executing at least one project valued at 80% of the estimated cost or two projects valued at 50% of the estimated cost within the last three years, complete with formal completion certificates and active color site photographs. All technical and financial bids must be routed electronically using the Sindh EPADS portal, requiring suppliers to maintain valid CNIC, active Income Tax, active GST, and active Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registrations under the relevant category. A mandatory 2% bid security pay order or call deposit drawn on a firm company account in favor of the Executive Engineer must be securely attached.
