Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Executive Engineer, 2nd Buildings Division in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders from well-reputed contractors and firms for the Extension of Government Road Lahore. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, consisting of separate technical and financial proposals in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Eligible bidders must possess a valid, renewed registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year alongside relevant specialization codes matching the project requirements. The project is managed electronically through the EPADS portal, and manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. Participating contractors are required to submit a mandatory 2% earnest money of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or cashier's cheque. Complete technical and financial proposals must be uploaded onto the online portal no later than 11:00 AM on 01 June 2026, and the technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM.
