Description / Scope of Work
IESCo Civil Division invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of civil works under NCB.6 invitation of tender, covering lots 32 to 53. The project is funded under FY 2026-27 budgetary allocation and encompasses multiple work packages across Islamabad Capital Territory. The procurement follows Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0 platform and contain detailed specifications, scope of work, price schedules, and contractual terms. The contract will be executed in Islamabad, Federal province.
Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the document. Interested contractors should review the work specifications, market rates, and general and special conditions of contract before submission. Bidders are responsible for understanding the scope of work, performance guarantees, and integrity pact requirements.

E-bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
