Description / Scope of Work
The Fatima Jinnah Medical University on Queens Road, Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the framework contract of tyres for student buses for the financial year 2025-2026. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, consisting of separate technical and financial proposals, managed completely through the electronic e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Eligible bidders must be actively registered with the Income Tax department (FBR), maintain Active Taxpayer List status, possess a valid General Sales Tax registration, and provide a valid Professional Tax Certificate for the current financial year. Bidders are required to submit a mandatory 2% bid security of the estimated price (calculated as 36,000 Rupees) in the form of a bank guarantee, call-deposit, demand draft, or pay order issued in the name of the Vice Chancellor. Completed e-bids must be uploaded onto the online e-PADS portal by 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, and technical proposals will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day.
