The Municipal Committee Jhang in Jhang, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors through the E-PADS portal for the execution of multiple civil works and urban infrastructure enhancement projects. The scope of procurement encompasses several distinct development tasks including the construction of bus sheds alongside complete allied infrastructure at the General Bus Stand, the installation of comprehensive commercial signage and road markings, and the execution of extensive community improvements such as laying tuff pavers and developing robust sewerage systems across various municipal streets. Additionally, the project framework requires the design, provisioning, and structural fixing of specialized directional sign boards and traffic signaling units at major urban intersections. To qualify for participation, interested engineering firms must maintain active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue, the Punjab Revenue Authority, and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority, while holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license under appropriate categories such as C3 or above with relevant specialized codes. Technical and financial bids must be securely finalized and uploaded via the electronic portal no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026.
