Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Department, Operation & Maintenance Division in Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh invites sealed tenders under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended up to date) for the operation, maintenance, and repair of various rural water supply and drainage schemes. The procurement is divided into multiple detailed packages across different tehsils including Sakrand, Nawabshah, Kazi Ahmed, and Daur. Scope of work encompasses running operations, routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and clearing clogs for numerous community systems. Eligible contractors must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and Income Tax Department (FBR). Bidding documents can be purchased from the office of the Executive Engineer from the date of publication up to 03 June 2026 for a non-refundable fee. Sealed technical and financial bids must be submitted by 1:00 PM on 04 June 2026, and the bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 2:00 PM.
