Description / Scope of Work
The Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force, Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control in Rawalpindi, Federal Government invites online bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) for the purchase and installation of sixteen 1.5 Ton Inverter (Heat & Cool) Air Conditioners. The project scope includes free installation, complete electrical wiring, and all miscellaneous execution works required to make the units fully operational at the ANF Academy in Islamabad for the Financial Year 2025/2026. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rule 36(a). Eligible bidders must maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both GST and NTN, demonstrate a sound financial position via past bank statements, provide a non-blacklisting undertaking on judicial stamp paper, and have five years of relevant experience. Hard copies of the bid security must be submitted prior to the deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS 2.0 portal before the opening session scheduled for 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
