Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed item-rate quotations from reputable distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers for the supply and delivery of corporate electronic equipment. The core project scope involves the procurement and timely delivery of brand new refrigeration units, which includes two units of 6 cubic feet single door refrigerators (DSD 4890 or equivalent) in silver color and one unit of a 22 cubic feet refrigerator (HRF-6221BS or equivalent). To ensure eligibility, interested vendors must provide equipment matching the technical specifications, maintain active tax-paying status, and comply with institutional evaluation frameworks. Final delivery must be made directly to the Stores at the IBA Main Campus on University Road. Sealed financial and technical quotes must be submitted to the Purchase Department no later than 3:00 PM on 18 May 2026, where they will be evaluated under the rules of the institution.
