Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management Unit, Balochistan Education Support Program, School Education Department, Government of Balochistan in Quetta, Balochistan invites sealed e-bids for the procurement and supply of medical equipment and accessories, specifically focusing on MHM Kits. This procurement includes a total of three distinct items to be executed under a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. No physical bid submissions are required, as participation is strictly electronic through the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Eligible bidding firms must demonstrate active tax payer status with proper income and sales tax certificates, and must possess a financial turnover of at least 300 million PKR over three subsequent previous years. Furthermore, bidders must have successfully completed two similar public sector assignments valued at 50 million PKR within the last five years. Joint ventures are strictly not permissible, and firms must not be currently blacklisted. A mandatory bid security of 2% in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call must accompany the proposal. Electronic bids must be submitted through the supplier dashboard no later than 10:30 AM on 01 June 2026.
