The Lahore Development Authority, UD Wing in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed item rate e-tenders for major infrastructure development across six distinct lots. The extensive scope of work encompasses the rehabilitation and improvement of Peco Road, Mian Aslam Sher Shah Road, and Mehboob Road in Badami Bagh, alongside the rehabilitation of Canal Road from Harbanspura to the BRB Canal. Additionally, the project covers the structural remodeling of New Shadbagh Chowk and Tokay Wala Chowk. The cumulative estimated cost of these public works projects exceeds 1.88 billion Rupees, requiring interested engineering firms to maintain specific Pakistan Engineering Council registrations ranging from categories C-5 up to C-2 and above depending on the chosen lot. Applicants must be active tax filers holding valid NTN and PNTN certificates and submit their proposals electronically via the EPADS portal using a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids prepared in strict compliance with the PPRA Rules 2014 must be uploaded through the e-procurement dashboard no later than 09:30 AM on 02 June 2026.
