Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Kasur in Kasur, Punjab invites sealed item rate bids from eligible engineering firms and contractors for the implementation of approved development schemes for the current financial year 2025-26. The infrastructure development projects will be executed according to the technical parameters and specified rates defined in the first bi-annual Market Rate System of 2026 for District Kasur. Bidding will follow a single-stage single-envelope procedure carried out strictly via the electronic EPADS portal. Participating bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in the respective category for the current year and be formally registered on the e-procurement platform. Proposals must be accompanied by a mandatory bid security of the required amount issued in the form of a bank call deposit receipt or pay order from a scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of the Municipal Committee Kasur.
