The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited in Islamabad, Federal Government invites online competitive bids under a single-stage one-envelope National Competitive Bidding framework for an infrastructure utility development project at the 220 KV Grid Station NGC Sangjani. The comprehensive scope of engineering and civil works involves the construction of a ten-thousand-gallon capacity overhead water tank, executing a specialized water supply bore, and building a dedicated pump house, necessitated by the passage of the Margalla Link Road stretching from GT Road (N-5) to the Motorway (M-1). Participating engineering contractors must maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant provincial revenue authorities, holding valid income tax and sales tax registrations. A mandatory bid security of 2.0 million Rupees must be furnished in the form of a bank deposit at call or a bank guarantee. Proposals must be processed and uploaded entirely through the electronic EPADS version 2.0 portal no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
