Description / Scope of Work
The National Information Technology Board in Islamabad, Federal Government invites competitive proposals for the purchase of extensive IT equipment and the renewal of operational software licenses. The technical procurement scope is structured across multiple distinct specialized packages including Lot-1 for standard laptops, desktops, and dedicated high-performance desktops for animators; Lot-2 for tablets and associated digital accessories; Lot-3 covering black & white LaserJet printers, smart portable 3-in-1 printers, color LaserJet printers, and multi-function black & white printers; Lot-4 for automatic document feeder (ADF) scanners; Lot-5 for 8-port Local Area Network (LAN) switches; and Lot-6 encompassing video conferencing equipment, commercial 55/98-inch LED displays, and portable webcams. Bidding will follow the open competitive framework governed strictly under the Federal Public Procurement Rules. Technical and financial proposals must comply with mandatory eligibility parameters, standard evaluation criteria, and a strict support and maintenance structure detailed within the comprehensive request for proposal guidelines.
