Description / Scope of Work
The Project Director, Implementation of Master Plan of Safari Zoo, Lahore (Phase-II), operating under the Directorate General of Wildlife & Parks, Government of the Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids for an extensive public sector infrastructure development project. This competitive procurement involves Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) works for the strategic extension of the aquarium at the Lahore Safari Zoo, funded via an approved Annual Development Programme (ADP) scheme. Bidding operations follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure conducted strictly through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) in compliance with the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible contractors must submit a mandatory bid security of 30,128,320 Rupees (equivalent to 2% of the estimated project cost) in the form of a bank call deposit receipt, demand draft, or pay order.
