The Central Police Office of the Pakistan Railways Police in Lahore invites sealed tenders under a single-stage two-envelope bidding framework for the public sector procurement and commercial supply of specialized uniform articles. The specific clothing asset requirements encompass a high-volume package including approximately 1,752 items of standard Black Cloth as per detailed technical design specifications. Bidding operations follow open National Competitive Bidding protocols managed strictly through the electronic EPADS portal and in full compliance with the Federal Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible commercial textile suppliers and manufacturing vendors must hold active taxpayer status on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue and provide documented proof of their financial tax standing spanning the last five years. All participating proposals must include a mandatory bid security equivalent to two percent of the total quoted contract amount in the form of a bank draft issued in favor of the Inspector General.
