The Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA) Sargodha in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the construction of a washroom and the laying of a sewer line at the Assistant Director Office, WASA Sargodha. This public procurement project is being executed via a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure conducted entirely through the online e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) portal. To participate, contractors, firms, manufacturers, or authorized dealers must maintain an active registration status on the e-PADS platform and hold a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C6 or above, specifically with the CE 10 operational code. Additionally, bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority, possessing valid NTN and PNTN certificates with an active taxpayer status. Electronic proposals in PDF format must be uploaded to the portal by 12:00 PM on 01 June 2026, and must be backed by a valid bid security deposit, with the original physical instrument delivered to the procuring authority before the submission deadline.
