Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from well-reputed firms and contractors for the procurement of operational goods and services for the fiscal period of 2026 to 2027. This public healthcare procurement project is strategically divided into four distinct lots, including the supply of Linen Material under Lot-1 with an estimated cost of 7.609 million Rupees, Dental Material under Lot-2 valued at 3.195 million Rupees, clinical Instrument and Equipment under Lot-3 at 9.537 million Rupees, and the Refilling of LPG Gas Cylinders under Lot-4 budgeted at 10.250 million Rupees. To be eligible, participating vendors must maintain active registrations for income tax, sales tax, and professional tax, while appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. All proposals must be executed and submitted electronically through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System portal by 11:00 AM on 10 June 2026, accompanied by a mandatory two percent bid security instrument uploaded digitally. Bidders must also submit physical hard copies of their technical bids to the Purchase Cell on or before the closing deadline.
