Description / Scope of Work
The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed re-tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for major civil works under Package-II. The infrastructure development project involves the construction of underpasses at various traffic hotspots on the Ring Road in Peshawar, operating under ADP Scheme No. 1918/250115. The bidding follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Participating contractors, firms, or constructors must be actively registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-2026 in the required category, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and be enlisted with the PDA or Provincial Enlistment Committee. Technical and financial proposals must be compiled and uploaded digitally via EPADS, and original bid security must be submitted physically via registered mail or courier before the formal evaluation deadline on 04 June 2026.
