Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Executive Engineer, PWD Highways Division Bhimber in Bhimber, Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids from eligible engineering firms and road contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and carrying valid endorsements from the C&W Department Govt. AJ&K for the financial year 2025-26. The extensive infrastructure development program covers multiple lots for the construction, improvement, reconditioning, and black-topping of a 30 km link road network across constituency LA-6. Specific infrastructure schemes include Package-I links such as Burjun Harwal, Dhamila to Amgah, Pailan, and Soona Dhali. Participating construction firms must hold valid PEC classifications of Category C-6 or above with specialization code CE-01, and joint ventures require prior formal employer approval. The procurement follows a single-stage, single-envelope electronic bidding framework in accordance with AJK PPRA Rule 36(a). Meticulously compiled financial proposals alongside corresponding lot-specific bid securities must be securely uploaded through the designated regional e-bidding portal no later than 11:30 AM on 03 June 2026.
