District Council Sahiwal in Sahiwal, Punjab invites sealed item-rate tenders in accordance with the Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017 and PPRA rules for major road infrastructure projects in Tehsil Chichawatni. The engineering procurement features two high-value development packages based on the Bi-annual Technical Sanction (TS) rates for 2026. Lot 1 covers the rehabilitation and improvement of the metalled road stretching from Adda Dadfatianah to Chak No 8/11-L with an estimated cost of 46.640 million Rupees and a mandatory earnest money deposit of 2,332,000 Rupees. Lot 2 focuses on the rehabilitation, improvement, and construction of the metalled road connecting Burewala Road to Chak No 164-A/9-L. Participating civil engineering firms and infrastructure contractors must hold an active Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the matching construction category, maintain an active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue, and be officially registered or renewed with Local Governments in the Sahiwal Division for the financial year 2025-26. Properly sealed technical and financial proposals, accompanied by a signed checklist and valid legal affidavits on 100-Rupee stamp paper verifying non-blacklisted status, must be submitted to the Office of the District Officer (I&S) before the designated opening hour.
