District Council Sahiwal in Sahiwal, Punjab invites sealed item-rate electronic tenders in accordance with PPRA rules and the Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017 for public health and safety infrastructure works. The civil engineering procurement involves the construction of secure chain-link fencing structures around the municipal drainage and storage ponds situated at Chak No 135/9-L and Chak No 50/12-L. The pricing schedules and estimates strictly adhere to the technical sanction (TS) rates from the Bi-annual Market Rate System (MRS-1) of 2026. Bidding follows a single-stage, single-envelope open competitive procedure managed via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Eligible construction firms and engineering contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration within the relevant field codes, maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue, and be officially renewed or registered with Local Governments in the Sahiwal Division for the financial year 2025-26. Encrypted technical and financial proposals alongside uploaded copies of the mandatory lot-specific earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt must be securely uploaded through the e-procurement portal no later than 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026, with the physical delivery of the original CDR required at the administrative headquarters shortly thereafter.
