Description / Scope of Work
The National Forensics Agency in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed applications for the prequalification of experienced, reputable, and financially stable firms, contractors, and suppliers for the Financial Year 2025-26. The procurement process seeks to establish a panel of eligible vendors across two primary categories of works and services. Category one covers the comprehensive repair and maintenance of official vehicles, including engine overhauling, denting, painting, genuine spare parts supply, and fleet inspection. Category two encompasses the repair, maintenance, supply, and installation of machinery, electrical items, IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, and scanners, mechanical equipment, and miscellaneous facility items including plumbing and safety barriers. To qualify, interested applicants must fulfill mandatory legal requirements, including possessing a valid certificate of incorporation, registration for NTN and STRN, and active taxpayer status with the FBR. Additionally, a minimum of three years of relevant experience is required. Submissions must be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000 Rupees in the form of a Pay Order or CDR. Complete hard-copy proposals must be submitted to the Deputy Director of Admin at the agency premises no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
