The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the commercial procurement and supply of specialized PVC Cables as per the attached Bill of Quantities. The detailed technical scope requires 35 mm 4-core unarmored PVC cables manufactured using 99.99% pure copper. To ensure standard eligibility, participating bidders must be officially authorized distributors of leading, industry-recognized cable brands such as Pakistan Cables, Fast Cables, Universal Cables, Newage Cables, or approved technical equivalents. Bidders are permitted to quote a maximum of two options, and each distinct option must be fully accompanied by separate competitive pricing matrices, a one-foot physical product sample, and a valid laboratory verification report issued directly by the original equipment manufacturer. Submissions failing to meet these strict core compliance mandates will face immediate structural rejection.
