The Galiyat Development Authority in Abbottabad, KPK invites sealed electronic bids via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System platform for high-value recreational and civic modernization works for the financial year 2025-26. The infrastructure procurement consists of two major development lots. Lot 1 involves the supply and delivery of recreational items, digital infrastructure, and aesthetic elements tailored for the complete beautification of Galiyat, carrying an estimated engineering cost of 209.278 million Rupees. Lot 2 encompasses the commercial supply and technical installation of structured waiting area sheds with an estimated budget allocation of 14.135 million Rupees. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, open to all government contractors possessing active Pakistan Engineering Council certificates and valid enlistments under the provincial centralized policy. Participating firms must verify active taxpayer status with both the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. All electronic technical and financial proposals, alongside a scanned copy of the 2% earnest money deposit, must be submitted through the portal before 11:00 AM on 08 June 2026.
