The Pakistan State Oil Company Limited in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed quotations under the single-stage two-envelope procedure for the procurement of additional PABX IP phones and accessories. The contract scope encompasses providing 200 units of IP phone power adapters compatible with existing Avaya J139 and J179 models, 200 units of three-meter UTP CAT6 patch cords, and 200 Avaya IP phone sets equipped with color displays, gigabit Ethernet interfaces, and PoE class support. Eligible vendors must offer genuine OEM products registered on the official portal, ensure compatibility with Avaya Communication Manager Release 10 or higher, and assume complete responsibility for turnkey installation, integration, and backup restoration at PSO House. Bidders are required to submit technical brochures and a compliance sheet, and the selected contractor must provide a one-year comprehensive on-site OEM warranty. The entire equipment supply must be completed within eight weeks from the order date, with final proposals due no later than 2:15 PM on 08 June 2026.
