Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from eligible and registered bidders for the procurement of stationery, paper reams, and miscellaneous items for PITB and its various ongoing projects under a comprehensive framework contract. The procurement covers a wide range of office supplies, standard printing paper, and related utility items required across multiple administrative units. Interested firms must be registered with relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must maintain an active profile on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding process strictly adheres to a single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are required to prepare and submit both technical and financial proposals electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. A mandatory digital bid security equivalent to two percent of the total estimated project cost must be attached online. All finalized proposals must be successfully uploaded on the EPADS platform no later than 12:00 PM on 02 June 2026.
