The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, and registered sellers for the procurement of stationary items for the Misali Gaon (Model Villages) Program under a framework contract. This public procurement is conducted under a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in strict compliance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The total estimated budget allocated for this specific stationary items contract is twenty-two million eight hundred eighty-four thousand two hundred seventy-five Rupees. Interested participants must maintain active registrations with relevant tax departments and authorities, including active taxpayer statuses for Income Tax and General Sales Tax. Bidders are required to compile and upload their technical and financial proposals electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Additionally, a mandatory refundable bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt amounting to six hundred eighty-seven thousand Rupees, representing three percent of the estimated budget, must be submitted physically to the head office before the deadline. All finalized electronic submissions must be successfully completed on the EPADS platform no later than 2:00 PM on 01 June 2026.
