The Quaid-e-Azam Medical College in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed quotations under the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure for the procurement of store, allied, and diet items for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work encompasses supplying a diverse range of items including diet store goods, patient admission sheets, medical history forms, registration registers, and custom printed hospital forms for its allied institutions like B.V. Hospital, J.F. Hospital, S.A. Hospital, and the College of Nursing. Eligible contractors and manufacturers must be active taxpayers, submit audited financial statements for the last three years, and provide valid sales and income tax registrations to satisfy the technical evaluation framework. Bidders must include a refundable bid security amounting to two percent of the total estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. All finalized technical and financial proposals must be compiled, signed, stamped, and delivered to the college administration office no later than 11:00 AM on 15 June 2026.
