The Regional Office (South), TEVTA, Multan in Multan, Punjab invites sealed e-bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, and registered suppliers for the procurement of high-quality heavy-duty photocopy machine units. This public government procurement operates under a national competitive bidding framework utilizing the single-stage two-envelope procedure via the e-PADS platform. Bidders must possess active registrations with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments and maintain an active taxpayer status on the Federal Board of Revenue databases. Proposals must contain fully signed and stamped encrypted electronic documents including original brand literature, technical brochures, compliance sheets, and country of origin details. A mandatory bid security must be attached and processed digitally alongside the technical submission. Final encrypted electronic proposals must be successfully uploaded on the official e-PADS portal no later than 10:30 AM on 08 June 2026, with the formal electronic opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
