operating under the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of computer stationery and general office utility items under Tender Notice No. 04/2025-26. The procurement is split into two primary expenditure heads: computer stationery, requiring a fixed bid security of 120,000 Rupees, and other expenditures covering janitorial, kitchen, and miscellaneous office supplies, requiring a bid security of 150,000 Rupees. The inventory checklist encompasses commercial products such as prime quality steel-handled wipers, phenyl liquid (150 ML), Vim or equivalent dishwash powder (400 Grm), face mask boxes, Harpic or equivalent toilet cleaner liquid (150 ML), Baans Jharoo, Dettol soap, Dettol handwash, large dusters, King Tox insect killer sprays (450 ML), Rose Petal tissue rolls, heavy-duty waste bags, plastic dori rolls, medium and large China bone plates, and stainless steel spoons. Bidding follows a single-stage one-envelope least-cost procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Interested firms must be registered with Income and Sales Tax authorities and maintain active taxpayer statuses on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). All bids must be prepared and submitted entirely online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Final electronic submissions must be successfully uploaded on the EPADS platform no later than 1:00 PM on Thursday, 04 June 2026.
