Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) in Karak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from well-established and reputable firms, authorized dealers, and registered suppliers for the procurement and installation of IT equipment, computer hardware, plant & machinery, and office stationery items for the financial year 2025-2026. This public government procurement operates under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014 using a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Eligible participants must possess active registrations with Sales Tax, Income Tax, and KPPRA departments where applicable, and maintain an active taxpayer status. Bidders are required to compile their technical and financial proposals and complete their online electronic submissions through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Additionally, matching hard copies of the proposals must be delivered directly to the chairperson purchase committee at the court complex. All online electronic submissions on the EPADS platform and physical hard copy deliveries must be completed no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
