The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admn) / A'ala Illaqa Qazi in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders from well-reputed firms and suppliers for the procurement and installation of diverse administrative and office assets divided into five operational lots. The contract scope covers Lot-1 (Stationery), Lot-2 (Hardware), Lot-3 (IT Equipment), Lot-4 (Plant & Machinery), and Lot-5 (Furniture & Fixtures). The furniture inventory specifically details high-back revolving AQUA mesh presiding chairs (Model: Boss B-543), custom wooden presiding tables (5'x3.6'x2.5'), standardized wooden computer tables, small wooden center tables, large wooden lawyer tables (8'x4'x2.5'), cushioned lawyer chairs, standard office tables with five storage shelves, and related judicial courthouse fixtures. Eligible bidders must hold active registrations for Income Tax and Sales Tax, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and complete their submissions via the EPADS platform. A mandatory refundable bid security of two percent of the total bid amount must be provided separately for each individual lot. Final electronic proposals must be successfully uploaded through the online portal no later than 11:30 AM on Monday, 08 June 2026.
