Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) invites online item-rate electronic bids via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the bulk procurement and secure delivery of hospitality logistics. The unified single-lot procurement contract focuses on the supply and site-specific distribution of premium Bed Room Accessories and Resort Restaurant Crockery across various operational TDCP holiday resorts situated throughout the Punjab province. The total financial framework carries an estimated value of 24.052 million Rupees. The procurement process adheres to a single-stage, one-envelope open competitive competitive bidding procedure under regional procurement guidelines. Participating corporate entities, general order suppliers, and hospitality distributors must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, maintain an active filer status on the Federal Board of Revenue registries, and be fully onboarded to the EPADS system. Bidders must upload their technical qualifications and price schedules along with a mandatory 5 percent bid security deposit valued at 1,202,600 Rupees in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt made out to TDCP before the strict morning opening hour
