The Office of the Executive Engineer, Water & Power Division Kharmang, Government of Gilgit Baltistan invites sealed tenders for the commercial supply of Stationery and related items for the Divisional Office in Kharmang. This public sector corporate logistics procurement contract operates under a single-stage, one-envelope competitive bidding procedure. Participating corporate stationary distributors, office retailers, and general order suppliers must possess a valid, active registration license with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2025-26 and provide a mandatory renewal receipt from the Water & Power Department.
