The Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing) in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic sealed bids on an item rate basis from reputable engineering firms and contractors for multi-million park infrastructure projects. Executed under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in compliance with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014, the development scope features two distinct civil packages: Package 1 entails the Remodeling & Upgradation of Usama Block Park in Nishter Colony with an estimated cost of 117.957 Million Rupees; Package 2 details the Remodelling/upgradation of Yasir Block Park in Nishter Colony valued at 129.375 Million Rupees. Participating contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses in category C-4 or above, an active filer status, and verified NTN and PNTN registrations. Bidders are required to submit original bid securities physically to the Chief Engineer-II office, while compiling all technical and financial proposals digitally on the EPADS portal on or before the final closing deadline at 10:00 AM on 04 June 2026.
