Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Alpuri, District Shangla in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received funds from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and invites electronic bids for the supply and fabrication of solid waste management machinery. The procurement includes two units of mini tipper/dumpers with 1.5 cubic meter capacity, one front-end loader and backhoe with sunshade, and two hydraulic tipping trolleys of 5 tons capacity with pentle hook and sunshade. All equipment will be attached to or used with tractors and chassis to be provided by the department. The project is located in Shangla district and aims to enhance municipal waste collection and management services.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers or fabricators holding valid NTN, GST, and 3S facility (Sale, Service and Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be duly registered on the EPAD portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to participate. A bid security of two percent of the total bid price in the form of CDR must be submitted in an original sealed envelope marked as such and delivered to the TMA office before the closing deadline. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, and stamp duties as per government rules will be applicable to the contract.
The tender follows the single stage two envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014, with separate technical and financial evaluation. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS before 12:00 PM on the closing date, with technical bids opened on the same day. All rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder must provide complete operational training to department staff.
