250-Bedded Hospital Establishment at Chaman by Physical Planning and Housing Department

The Physical Planning and Housing Department District Chaman invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the establishment of a 250-bedded hospital at Chaman Project in Balochistan Province. The estimated cost of this major healthcare infrastructure development is 451.8 million Pakistani Rupees, with the contract to be executed on a composite schedule rates basis for the financial year 2025-2026. This significant procurement is being undertaken to enhance medical facilities and healthcare services in the Chaman region of Balochistan.

Eligibility requirements stipulate that bidders must be registered with the active tax authorities and not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Firms must demonstrate a minimum turnover of at least 70 percent of the estimated cost based on audited financial reports for the previous three years (2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025). The tender is open to firms with completed work experience and similar nature assignments within the last five years, with preference given to PEC Code CE01 CE09 CE10 CE11 EE11 ME02 ME03 ME06 EE07 classifications. Bidders must provide an AFFIDAVIT confirming no willful failure notice has been issued against completed schemes, along with bid security of 3 percent of the estimated cost. Tender fee is 2,000 Pakistani Rupees.

Bid security must be submitted as a bank guarantee deposit of 3 percent of the estimated cost through scheduled banks.
