Supply of Plant, Machinery, IT Equipment, Stationery and Furniture for Sessions Courts Mansehra

Sealed bids are invited for the supply of various items required by the Sessions Courts in Mansehra, Punjab. The District & Sessions Judge, Mansehra is procuring plant and machinery including UPS with dry batteries and water dispenser of 1.5 ton capacity, IT equipment and hardware for virtual court and virtual point operations, stationery supplies, and office furniture. Bids should be submitted through EPADS and in hard copy to the office of the Budget & Accounts Assistant of District & Sessions Judge, Mansehra on or before 4 June 2026, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The 3% bid security CDR original must be included in the name of District & Sessions Judge, Mansehra.

Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and authorized to supply goods and services to government departments. Bidders are required to be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities, with valid registration certificates attached to bid documents. Manufacturers or authorized dealers in Pakistan with a minimum of three years experience in manufacturing or supplying the bidding items are eligible. All applicable taxes must be included in offered rates, valid until 30 June 2026. Samples must be provided at bid opening time.

The complete tender process will be conducted through EPADS. Bidders must submit a single stage two envelope format containing technical and financial proposals. For hardware, IT equipment, and plant machinery items, a two-stage bidding procedure applies, while furniture and stationery items follow a single-stage procedure.
