Description / Scope of Work
District Administration Hafizabad invites electronic bids for a framework contract regarding procurement of various services required for the offices of Deputy Commissioner, ADCR, District Registrar, and Dehi Maraakiz e Mall of District Hafizabad for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is open to Income Tax, PST and e-PADS registered firms on a free delivery to consignee's end basis. Bidders must submit bids for the entire total quantity on a lot-wise basis; partial quantity bids will be rejected. The bidding documents containing specifications, terms, conditions and quantity details are available for free download from the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, PST and e-PADS to participate in this tender. A bid security of one percent of the estimated contract cost, lot-wise, must be submitted in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order in favor of the Deputy Commissioner, Hafizabad. The bid security must be valid until the validity period of the bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of one percent of the contract amount before issuance of the supply order in the same forms of bank security.
The bidding shall be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The last date and time for bid submission is 08.06.2026 up to 11:30 A.M., with electronic opening of bids on the same date at 12:00 P.M. All documents must contain proper page marking and be signed by an authorized person. Supply will be made within seven days from the date of the work order, with a penalty of two percent per month charged for late delivery.
