Description / Scope of Work
The Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, is inviting sealed bids for the outsourcing of security services at Govt. Kot Khawaja Saeed Teaching Hospital, Lahore, for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers comprehensive security services required to maintain safety and security across the hospital premises in Lahore, Punjab. The contract is for a specified duration as outlined in the tender documents, and the service provider will be responsible for deploying qualified security personnel and implementing security protocols as per hospital requirements. The scope includes all operational and administrative responsibilities for security management during the contract period.
Eligible bidders must meet the prescribed qualification criteria, hold necessary licenses and registrations, and submit proof of their eligibility and capability to execute security services. Bidders are required to furnish security/earnest money in the form specified in the bidding documents.
