Description / Scope of Work
Air University invites sealed tenders for the provisioning and installation of laptops, tools, conveyor belt assembly, and water pumping system assembly for the National Centre of Space Applications (NCSA) at Air University in Islamabad, Federal Province. This tender is issued under a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure for caption procurement as detailed in the PPRA website. The scope of work encompasses supply and installation of specified equipment and systems to support NCSA operations at the university's Sector E-9 location in Islamabad.
Tender documents can be obtained from Air University with effect from 20 May 2026 after depositing PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) as processing fee. Eligible bidders must submit bids through EPADS on or before 08 June 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours, and bidders must apply through EPADS for participation. Air University reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance or to cancel the tendering process under PPRA Rule 33.
