The Senior Civil Judge's office at Torghar in Oghì, KPK province, invites tender submissions through the E-PAD portal for the procurement of five specific items required for office operations. The items include one 120 PPM Scanner, one AC invertor, furniture, one Lithium Battery 100 AH capacity, and one All in 1 PC. Bidders must obtain the detailed bidding documents and specifications from the office of the Senior Civil Judge during working hours or download them from the Sessions Court Torghar website. All interested suppliers and firms registered with GST and Income Tax Authorities as active taxpayers are eligible to participate in this procurement process.
Eligible bidders must be registered with GST/Income Tax Authorities and maintain active tax payer status. A mandatory 2% security deposit from the bidder's or firm's scheduled bank account must be submitted with the financial proposal in the form of a call deposit in the name of the Senior Civil Judge Torghar at Oghì. All applicable government taxes will be deducted from the quoted amounts as per existing policy. Quantity of each item may be increased or decreased according to the available budget at the discretion of the procuring authority.
Bidding documents are available at the office of the Senior Civil Judge, Torghar at Oghì during official working hours, and may also be downloaded from the Sessions Court Torghar website. Completed tender submissions must reach the undersigned on or before 08 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1:00 PM in the office of the undersigned.
