Supply and Installation of Office Equipment and Furniture for Senior Civil Judge

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admn) at A'ala Illaqah Qazi in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for the supply and installation of essential office equipment and furnishings. The tender encompasses five major categories: Lot1 Stationery, Lot2 Hardware, Lot3 IT Equipment, Lot4 Plant and Machinery, and Lot5 Furniture and Fixtures. This procurement is intended to establish and equip the office premises of the Senior Civil Judge in Swat with necessary operational resources. Bidders are required to submit separate bid security for each lot at two percent of the total bid amount as Earnest Money/security deposit with the tender. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and include all applicable taxes. Bidders must be registered and authorized dealers with the Sales and Income Tax Department.
