Miscellaneous Hardware Items Supply by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, dealers, authorized stockiest suppliers and registered stockiest suppliers for the supply of miscellaneous hardware items. The tender enquiry is issued under reference FCS/BWP/TE/018/26 with a closing and opening date of 8 June 2026. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates for the financial year 2025-26, and must be on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. The scope covers supply of miscellaneous hardware items as detailed in the tender specifications and schedule of requirements. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be the original manufacturers, authorized distributors or authorized stockiest suppliers. Bidders must submit a bid bond of quoted material in a sealed envelope as a Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan on non-judicial stamp paper in favor of SNGPL and sent to the Procurement Department. Bids received without bid bond of quoted material will not be read or announced at tender opening and will not be considered for further evaluation. Additionally, bids or quotations received without tender download and printing charges of Rs. 1000 may not be considered for further evaluation. All bidders must comply with technical specifications and bid evaluation criteria as outlined in Appendix 'C' and 'D' of the tender documents.

Bidders are required to send the tender download and printing charges of Rs. 1000 in the form of CASH, CDR, SDR or Bankers Cheque to the Procurement Department, SNGPL Project South Spread KLP Road Near Jamal Din Wali Bypass, Sadiqabad on or before 8 June 2026. Sealed bids must reach the Procurement Department by 15:00 hours on 8 June 2026, with public opening at 15:30 hours on the same date at the designated location.
