Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Bhakkar, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from well-reputed firms, manufacturers, distributors, dealers and suppliers registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Department for the supply of two separate lots of machinery and information technology equipment. Lot 1 comprises air conditioners (1.5 ton capacity), water dispensers and electric water coolers with an estimated cost of PKR 1,275,000. Lot 2 includes a complete computer system package with backup UPS and printers valued at PKR 1,775,000. The procurement will be conducted under the prevailing PPRA Rules 2014 and follows the two-envelope system with technical and financial proposals as required under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules. All prices must be quoted for individual items separately and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess valid income tax, professional tax and sales tax registration certificates. Each bid must be accompanied by a call deposit receipt worth five percent of the estimated cost on a refundable basis, with the deposit receipt attached to the technical bid envelope. All bids for each lot must be separate and specify the name of the quoted item on the bid envelope. Bidders are required to submit an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100 certifying that the firm is not a government defaulter, black-listed or disqualified on any other grounds.
Sealed tenders must reach the Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Bhakkar by 08 June 2026 at 10:30 AM through postal or courier service. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM in the presence of firm representatives, and suppliers may also quote bids on EPADS. All submissions must be fully completed, signed and stamped via E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by the closing date and time. Delivery is required within ten days after issuance of the supply order to the Civil Courts in Bhakkar District.
