Description / Scope of Work
National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC), formerly NTDC, is inviting electronic bids for the procurement of uniform items with accessories and liveries for key point installation under tender reference T-362(R)-2026. This is Phase-I of a supply contract executed through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (SSTE) on a national competitive bidding basis. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be on the Active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The tender is being advertised for eligible firms to participate in the supply of these uniform items and accessories required for NGC's key point installations in Lahore, Punjab, and across the transmission network operations nationwide.
Bidders are required to obtain detailed bidding documents from the E-PADS acquisition and disposal system at www.sprocure.gov.pk. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in favor of the Chief Engineer (AM) North, NTDC, equivalent to the amount specified in the bidding document, submitted as CDR, banker's cheque, or pay order from a Pakistani bank. Bidders must be on the active tax payers list and meet all eligibility criteria outlined in the procurement regulations. Samples of all bid items must be provided to the office of the Chief Engineer (AM) North before the bid submission deadline.
Interested and eligible bidders should prepare their bids according to instructions in the bidding document and submit electronically through E-PADS v1.0 before 08.06.2026 at 11:00 hours. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 hours in the office of the Chief Engineer (AM) North, NGC Lahore, located at 34 Industrial Area, Gulberg-III, Lahore.
